This home is a true golfer’s paradise. From nearly every angle you’ll enjoy dramatic views of the pristine golf course. This spacious home features four bedrooms, each with its own private bath. But what makes this home unlike any other is the Arnold Palmer memorabilia displayed throughout each room. This house can comfortably accommodate four single guests or three married couples plus one single guest.
This two-bedroom home was build by Arnold Palmer in the 1970’s, The Spring House is situated just a chip shot away from the golf course on a secluded, tree-lined street. The home features custom wood floors, a stone fireplace and marble countertops to provide warmth and richness. Like the Deacon’s View house, The Spring House is also adorned with one-of-a-kind Arnold Palmer memorabilia. Over the years, Mr. Palmer has invited many top celebrities and dignitaries to enjoy the home while visiting Latrobe Country Club. This house can comfortably accommodate three single guests or two married couples.
Located off a quiet street situated in the center of a beautifully landscaped area, The Barn House is a quaint, two-story home which features three bedrooms and two baths. Original French doors lead you into an inviting dining room perfect for enjoying a country style breakfast; living areas feature all original woodwork and wooden floors and are decorated in a contemporary style with just a touch of golf memorabilia. This house can comfortably accommodate three single guests or three married couples.
