Your home away from home.
Latrobe Country Club offers two authentic period homes for overnight guests -- Deacon’s View and The Milfred House.
When you stay on property, you’re staying in an actual home owned by the Palmer family. It’s an intimate experience that makes Latrobe Country Club a truly special getaway.
The walls are decorated with family photos and memorabilia from Arnie’s legendary career. The furnishings were chosen by Winnie Palmer herself. It’s an authentic experience you’ll have to see to believe. We hope to welcome you to one of our homes soon.
Our Guest Houses are single-family homes located within walking distance of the Club so that guests may conveniently enjoy all the amenities and first-rate dining of Latrobe Country Club.
Deacons View is a quaint two-story, four-bedroom, colonial. You’ll be awestruck by the hand-carved hickory stick banister which is truly one of a kind. Guest accommodations overlook the 2nd tee box and the 18th fairway. The rooms are warm, inviting and furnished comfortably. Palmer family photos, memorabilia and some of Arnie’s greatest moments are found on each wall.
Those lucky enough to stay in the master bedroom will enjoy a small deck to take in the fresh air and look out onto the course and the southern tree-lined ridge of Latrobe. You’ll rise to the sound of birds chirping and rabbits hopping.
The Milfred House was once the personal residence of Arnold Palmer's beloved brother, Jerry Palmer. This single-level home features a large kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining. Its spacious living room is cozy and inviting.
The Milfred House features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Its large wooden deck overlooking the 16th hole makes it a perfect gathering place to unwind after a round of golf or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
